Terms and Conditions


All bookings made with Ski-Dazzle Ltd (SD) are subject to these terms and conditions, which the client accepts.
The client shall mean the person in whose name the booking is made and includes all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made.
Transfers provided by Ski-Dazzle are either “private” meaning the vehicle has been booked for exclusive occupation by one individual, or “shared” meaning the transfer will be shared by separate individuals who are scheduled to arrive/depart the airport/station at approximately the same time.
All written and verbal quotations provided by Ski-Dazzle include all taxes, tolls and are in Euros.
The client is deemed to have entered into a contract with Ski-Dazzle on acceptance of the transfer quotation either verbally or in writing and is subject to these terms and conditions.
Once availability has been confirmed by Ski-Dazzle a booking will be held for five working days, pending receipt of the deposit.
Thereafter the booking will be deemed cancelled and Ski-Dazzle reserves the right to re-book the transfer without notification.
Your booking is NOT guaranteed until you receive an email from Ski-Dazzle confirming your booking.

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings made before 1 November, with the final balance due before the 1 December. Full payment is required for any bookings made after 1 December.
The deposit will be refunded for any cancellations made at least 30 days before the time of travel. Cancellations are only accepted in writing by email.
No refunds shall be given for any cancellations made after this date. (less than 30 days)
Ski-Dazzle has the right to cancel the booking at any time due to causes beyond its control. A full refund will be given in this circumstance.
Preferred payment types are as follows: Bank Transfer (any charge for which to be incurred by the client), Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard can only be accepted). Credit card payments are taken in Euros and incur a 1.5% bank charge. The client must absorb any fluctuations in currency.
Ski-Dazzle will send you a confirmation email, which will act as your ticket. It will include the address for your drop off and pick up in the resort. Should you wish to change these details, you should do this by email no later than five days prior to the time of travel.
Each passenger is entitled to two Items of luggage only (one suitcase or similar and one piece of hand luggage). Any excess luggage or ski equipment must be declared at the time of booking we MUST be informed of items such as snowboards, skis etc. In the event of undeclared excess luggage, Ski-Dazzle reserves the right to charge an excess luggage allowance or to refuse transport of the excess items. ?
All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owner’s name and address on the items.
Ski-Dazzle accepts no responsibility for luggage/items, which are lost or damaged in transit. Please check that your travel insurance covers for such damage and or losses.
Passengers are not permitted to smoke, drink, or take drugs whilst in our vehicles.
Ski-Dazzle reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger
You absolve Ski-Dazzle of any responsibility or liability in respect of any child seats, booster seats or other seating equipment supplied by Ski-Dazzle and accept that such equipment is inspected by and fastened securely by a parent or guardian of the user and is used at your own risk. Ski Dazzle or its representatives may not be held responsible in any way for any injuries sustained whilst using this equipment.

The driver is not able to delay the journey for shopping or other non-essential stops.
Ski-Dazzle will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the transfer and that it reaches its destination on time. Ski-Dazzle will not be held liable in the event of any delay dues to causes beyond its control.
Circumstances beyond our control include but are not restricted to
Vehicle breakdown
Road closure or restricted access of the intended route
Any unforeseen traffic delays
Flight, or train delays
Severe weather conditions
Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
Circumstances affecting passenger or driver safety
Delays caused by passengers
Vandalism, terrorism or industrial action
The vehicle being delayed or held by the authorities

If Ski-Dazzle fails for any reason within its control to provide or complete a transfer, Ski-Dazzle will provide an alternative means of transportation to the agreed destination. If for some reason the cost of this transport is incurred by the client, the maximum amount Ski-Dazzle will reimburse will not exceed the cost of the original transfer booked with Ski-Dazzle by more than 50%. A receipt must be produced in all circumstances.
We will not be responsible for any costs incurred if alternative arrangements are made without contacting us first.
In the event of a third party supplier providing the transfer on our behalf, Ski-Dazzle is not liable for any actions or consequences of any actions of the third party whilst the client is under the care of the third party.
If the client does not arrive at the airport/station at the scheduled time or if the client is held up due to other delays, and this delay is more than one hour, Ski-Dazzle reserves the right to suspend the booking. If the delay causes considerable difficulties to our driving schedule and we are unable to wait we will provide another transfer at the earliest possibility for which you may be charged. If we are unable to provide another transfer, or If the client is not prepared to wait and it is necessary to use alternative transport such as a taxi, the client must pay the difference charged between the cost of the original transfer booked and the cost of the alternative transport. Your travel insurance should provide for these costs and we will provide the necessary documentation required by your insurance company on request.
As soon as the client is aware of any delays, they must contact Ski-Dazzle.
The liability of Ski-Dazzle is limited to 300 Euros per person and is only for reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses due to breach of contract.
These terms and conditions do not affect the client’s statutory rights and are governed by English law.
